Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS with your tracking details.

Shipping Within the UAE

We currently deliver across all Emirates, including:

  • Dubai
  • Abu Dhabi
  • Sharjah
  • Ajman
  • Ras Al Khaimah
  • Fujairah
  • Umm Al Quwain

Estimated Delivery Time

  • Dubai: 1–2 Business Days
  • Other Emirates: 2–4 Business Days

Delivery times may vary during holidays, promotions, or due to unforeseen circumstances.


Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on orders above AED 199
  • Standard Shipping: AED 20 for orders below AED 199

(You can change these amounts according to your store policy.)


Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS so you can monitor your shipment in real time.


Delivery Information

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are accurate before placing your order.

RAML Perfumes is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.


Delayed Deliveries

While we strive to deliver every order on time, unexpected delays may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Public holidays
  • High order volumes
  • Courier service disruptions
  • Remote delivery locations

We appreciate your patience and understanding.


Failed Delivery Attempts

If our courier is unable to deliver your package after multiple attempts, the order may be returned to us.

Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.


International Shipping

Currently, RAML Perfumes ships only within the United Arab Emirates (UAE).

We are working to expand our shipping services internationally in the future.


Damaged or Missing Orders

If your order arrives damaged or if any item is missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Your Order Number
  • Photos of the package and product
  • A brief description of the issue
